Welcome visiting royalty to the 2024 Sisters Rodeo!

Greetings esteemed visiting royalty,
We extend a warm welcome to the 2024 Sisters Rodeo!
As part of our commitment to ensuring your visit is both enjoyable and seamless, we have compiled pertinent information to facilitate your stay and participation in the festivities.
To streamline the parade arrangements, kindly ensure submission of your parade applications no later than May 15th. Please note that participation in the parade necessitates timely submission of applications; failure to comply will preclude participation.
Each visiting royalty member is entitled to two tickets per performance. Additional tickets can be purchased through our website at your earliest convenience, as Saturday afternoon and night performances tend to sell out well in advance. https://tickets.sistersrodeo.com/p/tickets
Upon arrival, please proceed to the designated check-in area situated on the lawn in front of the Clubhouse. A clearly marked “VISITING ROYALTY CHECK IN HERE” signage will guide you to the check-in process. Our dedicated team members will facilitate your check-in, distribute tickets, and address any inquiries you may have. Kindly note that check-in is mandatory for each performance, and our team members stationed there are equipped to assist you accordingly. Do NOT go into the rodeo or ticket office; they will not be able to assist your request for free performance tickets.
We would like to draw your attention to a few noteworthy changes for the 2024 event. The Cowboy Channel will broadcast all performances LIVE, necessitating modifications to our Grand Entry proceedings. Visiting royalty holding a rodeo association title with a rodeo event date are invited to participate in the Grand Entry. We are extending this invitation to include PRCA and NPRA affiliated State and Regional circuit title holders. Unfortunately those not belonging to the groups above, and those representing clubs and non-rodeo event associations, for many reasons, will not participate in the run in but are requested and encouraged to engage in personal interactions with the audience, autograph signing at the rodeo grounds, photo opportunities, Queen Luncheon and parade.
For your convenience, please be advised that we do not provide horses for run-ins; arrangements must be made independently prior to the event.
Parking for contestants and visiting royalty is designated in the back grass area near the Kiwanis Buckaroo breakfast building. Front parking is reserved for rodeo spectators. While overnight stays are permissible, we kindly request adherence to cleanliness protocols to facilitate efficient post-event cleanup. We are requesting to keep your camp site minimum as we are expecting many trailers and over 50 visiting royalty.
