New Membership Information

Welcome to the Sisters Rodeo Family!

We take great pride in being the largest volunteer-produced rodeo in the West, and it’s always exciting to welcome new members who bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a love of hard work—all while having a great time!

Key Information for Members

Monthly Meetings
Our member meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month.

  • Time: Social hour begins at 5:30 PM, followed by dinner and director updates at 6 PM.
  • Potluck: Members are encouraged to bring a potluck dish such as a salad, finger food, or dessert. The main course and side dishes are provided.
  • Guests: Guests may attend one meeting but will need to join the association to participate in ongoing meetings.

Spring Work Parties
As a non-profit organization, we rely on our members and volunteers to bring “The Biggest Little Show in the World” to life. Members are expected to participate in work parties during the spring.

  • Schedule: Work parties are held on Saturdays, beginning at 8:30 AM and ending around 1 PM.
  • Details: Lunch is provided. You’ll leave a little dirty, a lot happy, and with plenty of great stories to share!

Rodeo Weekend
The Sisters Rodeo is always held on the second weekend in June. Members are encouraged to review the committees listed on the Board of Directors page to identify areas where they’d like to contribute.

Mandatory Membership Orientation
We’ll host a mandatory membership orientation in April at the rodeo clubhouse, located next to the arena on our rodeo grounds. A virtual option is also available upon request. We’ll provide the confirmed date soon.

Ticket Information
Please note that members working the rodeo are still required to purchase tickets for the performances. However, members who work performance are invited to enjoy complimentary food and refreshments at the clubhouse afterward—a great opportunity to socialize and recap the night’s events!
