Contestant & Team Bronc Riding Check-in
Check-in will be located on the lawn in front of the Clubhouse at the pop-up tent marked “Visiting Royalty and Contestant Check-In.”
Upon arrival:
- A committee member will greet you and guide you before you proceed to the main rodeo office.
- Confirm your name and sign the rodeo posters (used to raise funds for local nonprofits).
- Collect your contestant welcome bag and back number (only one check-in required).
- If you’re returning for a second performance and require additional tickets, please let our team know. We will do our best to accommodate, but please note performances are sold out and contestant tickets are limited.
- Contestant welcome bags include wristbands/back numbers for access to our Contestant Hospitality Tent, which offers live rodeo viewing for you and your family-family friendly.
- After checking in, please proceed to the main rodeo office with our Rodeo Secretary, Edie Longfellow.

Visiting Royalty
We are honored to host royalty from rodeos across the nation. Join us for the grand entry and the annual parade through downtown Sisters.
Schedule
- Saturday 9:00 AM: Sisters Rodeo Parade
- Grand Entry Production Meeting with Visiting Royalty: One (1) hour prior to each performance
Registration Required
Please complete the pre-entry form to secure your spot in the Grand Entry and Parade. All interested Visiting Royalty must read our Visiting Royalty Welcome Letter prior to registering for the Sisters Rodeo Grand Entry. Deadline: June 1st.
