Visiting Royalty Pre-Entry
Registration
Welcome to Sisters Rodeo! We’re excited to welcome visiting royalty to help us celebrate the Biggest Little Show in the World. Please read the guidelines below before completing your registration.
How Participation Works
Total performances: 5
Spots per performance: 30 visiting royalty
Maximum participation per person: 2 performances total
Tickets: Each registered title holder receives 2 tickets per performance (one for herself + one guest).
Registration is first-come, first-served and is designed to be fair and easy for everyone.
Registration Dates
Registration opens: January 1, 2026
Registration closes: June 8, 2026, or when performances and waitlists are full.
Before You Fill Out the Form
Please be prepared to provide:
Royalty Information
- Full name
- Title (Queen, Princess, etc.)
- Rodeo or association represented
- Age
- Dates of your reign or event
Contact Information
- Email address
- Phone number
Performance Selection
- You may choose up to 2 of the 5 performances.
- Each performance is limited to 30 visiting royalty.
- If a performance is full, it will show as waitlist only.
You will also be asked to acknowledge that:
- You understand the 2-performance maximum, and
- You agree to arrive on time for Grand Entry check-in for each performance you select.
What Happens After You Submit
Once you submit your form:
If there is space available:
- You will receive a confirmation email listing your confirmed performance(s).
If a performance is full:
- You will be placed on a waitlist for that performance.
- Your email will clearly state which performance(s) you are waitlisted for and your waitlist position.
If a confirmed participant cancels, we will move down the waitlist in the order registrations were received and notify the next person by email when they are promoted to confirmed.
You may not register under multiple emails to exceed the 2-performance limit. Duplicate or conflicting registrations may be adjusted or removed to keep the process fair.
Before the Rodeo
You will receive reminder email(s) with your performance dates and details approximately 48 hours before each performance.
Please double-check:
- Performance date(s) and times
- Check-in location and deadline
- Any additional instructions included in the email
Day-of Check-In & Grand Entry
To participate in Grand Entry:
1. Arrive at the designated visiting royalty check-in area by the time stated in your confirmation/reminder email.
2. Our staff will:
- Confirm your name and title
- Mark you as Checked In
- Confirm or issue your 2 tickets per performance
3. Late arrivals may be flagged and not guaranteed participation in Grand Entry.
An announcer list will be prepared for each performance including:
- Your full name
- Title
- Rodeo/association you represent
- Dates of your event
This list is finalized approximately 60 minutes before Grand Entry, so on-time check-in is very important.
