Sisters Rodeo Royalty Information
Directions: To get to the rodeo grounds go through the town of Sisters on Hwy 20 towards Bend about 3 miles out of town on the right
Our week long event:
PRCA Xtreme Bulls 6:30 p.m.
This is an all bull riding event! No queen runs. Tickets must be purchase ahead of time. You can call our ticket office at 541 549 0121 or 800 827 7522 or order online, prices start at $20
Slack, Free Admission 8 a.m.
Breakfast Concessions open 7 a.m.
(Arena will close by 3pm. We do have a warm up area that you can use if you arrive later in the day.) Visiting royalty must be checked in no later than 5pm. All queens need to check in with Marcea at the back gate, she will provide you with 2 rodeo tickets, you must have a ticket to get into the grand stands. All royalty need to be lined up and ready for grand entry by 6:30pm. Grand entry: Run in and line up in the middle of the arena. You will be escorted out of the arena by our SRA Queen. Please make sure your horse is able to stand during the grand entry.
Rodeo Performance 7 p.m.
Rodeo parade 9:30 a.m.
Parade: Through downtown Sisters on Saturday morning-please contact the Sisters Chamber of Commerce for parade applications and entries or email Jeri Buckmann at email@example.com. Entries due before May 15th.
(There is no queen luncheon, but the Queen may do something at her trailer and have a get together with all visiting royalty, TBA)
Afternoon Performance 1 p.m.
Arena will close by 10am. Visiting royalty must be checked in no later than 11:30am. All royalty need to be lined up and ready for grand entry by 12:30pm.
Evening Performance 7 p.m.
Arena will close by 3pm. same process as Friday night performance.
Sunday, Family day-children 12 and under FREE
Lots of kids, good opportunity to sign autograph sheets
Tough Enough to Wear Pink day
Kiwanis Buckaroo Breakfast 7-11 a.m.
Cowboy Church Service 9 a.m. in the rodeo stands
Final Performance 1 p.m.
Arena will close by 10am. Same process as Saturday afternoon performance.

Parade applications are due no later than May 15th. If your application is not turned in on time you will not be allowed to ride in the parade. Visiting royalty only get two tickets per performance per girl, all visiting royalty must buy extra tickets if needed for family members. Please purchase your tickets no later than 3 weeks before the week of rodeo if you want seats. Saturday night performance is usually sold out at least a month in advance. You can contact our ticket office at 541 549 0121 or order online.
Arena closes 4 hours before rodeo performance.
Check in will be at the back main rodeo gate (which gets you into the arena) you will need to find Marcea to get your tickets and to be accounted for to get ready for grand entry. She will provide the rodeo tickets-do NOT go into the rodeo office or ticket office.
Any visiting royalty that is not on horseback please let Marcea know and we will make accommodations for you during Grand Entry. You must be checked in no later than 6pm in order to get your information to the Announcers.
Parking for all contestants and visiting royalty is in the back grass area over by the Kiwanis building. All up front parking is for the rodeo spectators.
